Cross Roads Baptist Church is searching for a full-time worship/connections pastor to lead our church of 500+. We are looking for a person who is fun, energetic, motivated, and most importantly, passionate about furthering the kingdom of God. The worship/connections pastor will oversee the worship and discipleship ministries at CRBC. The overall scope of this position can be broken down into two parts.
- Work to enhance all aspects of worship and production within the church.
- Develop systems and processes that connect first-time guests into the life of the church, and existing members into deeper involvement within the church.
