City of Grace Phoenix, Arizona Part-time
Under the direction of the Creative Pastor, to serve as a Worship Director or Pastor at a City of Grace location. The purpose of this job is to facilitate engaging worship experiences and develop a healthy worship community through recruiting, relationship building, and discipling creative volunteers.
This position involves the coordinating, planning and executing of all aspects of a worship experience for all weekend church services and various mid- week events and services. The worship director/pastor assists the Creative Pastor with the identification and development of new team members, as well as training and discipling them into active participants in our church community and followers of Jesus.
