Worship Leader (Español Campus) Bell Shoals Church Brandon, Florida | Part-time
At Bell Shoals, we are part of a mission and a movement that is changing the world. We’re hiring a Part-Time Español Campus Worship Leader to support one of our growing Spanish-speaking congregations. This relational, hands-on role leads worship weekly at the Brandon Español Campus while also collaborating with the Worship Pastor, Worship Team, and Creative Team to shape the weekend experiences across all 5 Bell Shoals campuses. We’re looking for someone who: - Has a vibrant walk with Jesus and a passion for multicultural ministry - Leads with both spiritual depth and musical excellence (playing keys or guitar is preferred) - Can equip, develop, and lead a team of volunteers - Is bilingual (Spanish/English) and confident in leading worship in both languages - Loves being part of a creative, collaborative team and contributing to a larger vision This role reports to both the Español Campus Pastor and Worship Pastor and plays a key part in planning Weekend experiences, shaping setlists, and speaking into creative decisions across campuses.
