The Worship Lead supports the Worship & Service Programming Director with oversight of the service experience of any and all who set foot in our auditorium. This includes all aspects of musical worship & collaboration with production teams. This person would also be a front-facing leader on platform, and in leadership driving vision for NONAMUSIC in worship leading, arranging, and songwriting. Shepherding and stewarding the moments in and out of the weekend gatherings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to recruitment, care, equipping, scheduling and more.
