Worship Director of Weekend Experience

The Worship Director of Weekend Experience at Pathway will have a heart to create and lead a God-honoring worship culture. She/He will pastor, coach, and equip volunteer and staff teams, and will champion the vision for worship at PCC. Essential responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee a God-honoring worship culture that is centered on transformation by the Holy Spirit
  • Under the direction of the Senior Pastor, create and execute strategy, ministry plan, calendar, and budget to support the Weekend Experience
  • Plan, collaborate, and lead the weekend worship experience in the Worship Center
  • Execute Weekend Experience department budget
  • Identify, pastor, coach, and equip lay leaders and volunteers, developing ministry teams to support broader mission
  • Develop collaborative relationships with other departments on their worship and music needs
