The campus Production Director (PD) will, first and foremost, advance the kingdom of God through the mission of their local campus. The PD will be responsible for directing all technical aspects of the campus pertaining to audio, video, lighting, and stage design, as well as the leadership and development of volunteer teams.
Job Functions:
- Oversee and provide direction for all aspects of weekend programming and special events at the campus.
- Recruit, equip, schedule, encourage and disciple the volunteer production team.
- Equip and train other staff, or volunteers, in the operation of all spaces outside of the worship center on campus.
- Oversee and maintain all production equipment on campus.
- Create and implement long-term equipment upgrade plans as well as preventative maintenance.
- Manage budgeting, spending and capital expenditures of the CW campus.
- Develop and maintain healthy working relationships with campus staff.
- Support Production Arts at other campuses as needed.
Our Requirements:
- College Degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in leadership roles in either a medium or large church environment.
- Very strong working knowledge of audio, video, lighting and staging.
- Humility and the ability to take charge and lead a team as well as be a team member to your campus.
- Have a heart to disciple and grow others.
- Organized and able to manage multiple projects and events at once, and not lose focus.
- Good working knowledge of computer systems and various office and production software.
- Engaged member of Southeast Christian Church who lives out church Mantras in tangible ways, supports the Statement of Faith and submits to the leadership established by the church.
