We are looking for a Director of Social Media and Communications who can bring clarity, creativity, and innovation to Doxa’s digital presence. We need someone to own our digital presence and ensure cultural relevance for maximum Gospel impact. They can capture meaningful moments on Sundays and shape them into compelling digital storytelling throughout the week. They think in hooks, headlines, and visuals that help people connect with the gospel. They know how to build true engagement rather than simply posting content. They love digital discipleship through YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, podcasts, and email. They understand brand voice and can create consistent messaging across every channel. They learn quickly and take ownership of both strategy and execution. They will produce weekly content that reflects our theology, tone, and culture with clarity and excellence. They will collaborate with the Lead Pastor and help build a small creative team to help tell the story of what God is doing in our church. Above all, they see digital media as an opportunity for discipleship and mission rather than decoration. And hopefully, have some fun while doing it!
