Design Director (Graphics)

Union Church Glen Burnie, Maryland Full-Time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You’ll provide print and digital design solutions for the Creative department.
  • You’ll support the design projects of other departments as needed.

MUST-HAVES:

  • Relevant experience in Graphic Design
  • Proficiency in Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
  • Experience in magazine, brochure, or print layout design
  • Ability to build designs from scratch and a strong eye for typography and layout
  • Highly adaptable and able to work under pressure
  • Ability to produce in a fast-paced environment with aggressive deadlines
  • Portfolio available online (necessary for consideration)

NICE-TO-HAVES:

  • Proven success with forward-thinking design within a church/non-profit setting
  • Understanding of marketing principles
  • Experience in video and/or motion graphics
  • Experience in apparel design
