The role of Worship Pastor is to lead the congregation through worship, and lead all aspects of Highlands’ musical worship team, service order planning.
This role will also collaborate with the Directors of Production and Media to creatively develop engaging worship services that glorify God, encourage people to grow in their relationship with Christ, grow in community, and live on mission throughout the week.
