The Video Production Director reports directly to the Digital and Design Pastor and works closely with the Creative volunteer team and all church staff to fulfill responsibilities.
The Video Production Director is responsible for overseeing the production of video content, managing the video team, and collaborating with the technical director for media requests. This role focuses on in-house and online production, as well as team building. The ideal candidate should possess excellent organizational skills, the ability to multitask and learn quickly, and have expertise in video equipment, production, live streaming, and post-production. Additionally, they should demonstrate leadership capabilities in managing a volunteer team. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Premiere pro, After Effects, ProPresenter, and Ecamm.
