Essential Job Duties:
- Assist with Sermon Editing and Publishing for YouTube, Vimeo, Website, and TV20
- Oversee and Grow all Westside social media accounts
- Perform basic administrative tasks related to Communications such as creating pre-approvals and purchase orders and ordering supplies for communications projects
- Implement Communications Plan for Tier One and Two Events
- Edit all photos and videos using approved editing software
- Oversee and keep website up to date
- Assist with scheduling and recruitment of video and photo volunteers
- Deliver Weekly Graphics for Sermons, etc.
- Meet Deadlines on Tier 3 Comms Request if approved by Creative Director
- Create basic promotional pieces for church events
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or higher
- Be an active member of Westside Baptist Church
- Must be able to work independently with limited supervision and carry out verbal and written directions
