The Broadcast Production Lead supports all live AVL production elements and supports volunteers in the operation and training of all AVL production gear and systems at the primary broadcast location.
This role works with the campus worship leader and the central creative producer to create a production environment that supports the overall vision of NPC, as well as assisting in worship music creation from a central perspective.
Required competencies include Basecamp, Pro Presenter, DAW, Planning Center, Adobe Suite (graphics & video), and in depth knowledge of live production environments and gear.
Required Results:
- Provides leadership for AVL production elements on the campus.
- Provides in depth training to staff and volunteers on AVL gear and systems.
- Assists in the installation and updates of all AVL gear and systems at the broadcast campus.
- Leads a campus volunteer team from the FOH audio position
