Associate Director of Tech and Production

Some Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with managing and scheduling the Production Volunteer Team for the Lancaster and Logan campuses as well as Sunday Night Youth services.
  • Assist in overseeing the technical preparations for both Sunday morning and Sunday evening services, including ProPresenter setup, stage displays, and audio checks.
  • Execute the vision statement of the Production Team with lighting, audio, IMAG (image magnification), and overall service production.
  • Continue to educate and inspire for new projects and technology advancements in the tech and production field.
  • Assist with managing and installing equipment for lights, sound, projection, and video needs in all rooms required.
  • Provide continual care and critique of current tech systems, ensuring optimal functionality, and assist in establishing new systems as needed.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned by the Senior Tech and Production Director or church leadership.

You’re our ideal candidate if:

  • You are proficient in using ProPresenter, Planning Center Online (PCO), and the Vista lighting program.
  • You have a strong understanding of audio, video, lighting, and projection systems.
  • You have proven experience in technical direction or a similar role, preferably in a church or event production setting.
