Haven Worship Center is actively seeking a skilled and dynamic individual to join our team as Tech Director - Services & Events.
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for meticulously preparing and managing live events, collaborating closely with our Worship Arts team.
The ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of technical equipment, proficiency in network and MIDI communication, and adept problem-solving skills in high-pressure scenarios. With a minimum of 3 years of experience in live production or a related field, you'll lead volunteers in coordinating event logistics, manage live stream setups, and oversee production to ensure seamless execution.
Your role extends to discipleship, volunteer communication, and ongoing skill workshops, contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
