Cherry Hills Church Springfield, Illinois Part-time
Residency at Cherry Hills is a paid 1-year program intended for people with a call toward church leadership coming out of college or seminary and looking for first employment. Residency begins summer 2025. The main task of the Worship Arts Resident is the leadership of worship spaces in the church, primarily within student ministry and Sunday morning gatherings. The resident is integrated into staff rhythms, work, and culture, receiving substantial responsibilities alongside intentional coaching and development. The WA Resident reports to our Worship Arts Pastor and works alongside the Student Ministry Lead.
