We are looking to hire a Central Worship Pastor at Definition Church who will be responsible for leading and developing the worship ministry in alignment with the culture, mission, and vision of the church.
The person in this position will play an important role in creating weekend experiences, developing worship teams, and cultivating worship environments throughout various ministries.
We are looking for someone with a strong and vibrant relationship with Jesus, who possesses great integrity and quality of character, and is passionate about helping people learn to follow Jesus.
The ideal candidate is also someone who has the passion and ability to develop people, systems, and processes that grow the worship ministry while maintaining a healthy and Jesus-centered culture.
