The Campus Technical Director at Bayside is responsible for creating a worshipful atmosphere through audio, video, and lighting at weekly services and special events at their assigned campus. This person will work closely with other production staff on equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and redesign projects across campuses. They will recruit, train, and mentor a volunteer production team, meeting regularly for skill development and spiritual guidance. They will collaborate with the Campus Worship Director for service planning, rehearsals, and budget management, ensuring all technical elements align with Bayside’s vision. Bayside Community Church is a multi-campus church serving Manatee, Sarasota, Hardee, and Hillsborough counties on the West Coast of Florida. Our desire is to create environments where people of all ages and backgrounds can connect and experience the life-changing message of Jesus Christ.
