Encounter Church is seeking an innovative and passionate Creative Director to lead our creative vision and communications efforts. This position is instrumental in shaping how we engage our congregation and community through dynamic storytelling, branding, and design. The Creative Director will oversee and collaborate with the executive team on all creative initiatives, including visual media, digital platforms, and live experiences, ensuring alignment with the church’s mission to help people know God, find freedom, and go all in with their faith. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of all areas of church creativity, including filmmaking, editing, and graphic design. They should possess the ability to craft compelling narratives and execute impactful creative projects that inspire and engage. This role requires a leader with vision, creativity, and the expertise to bring innovative ideas to life while fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
