We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Production Director to lead our production team and ensure the seamless execution of all church services and events. This role will be responsible for setting the bar for excellence in audio, video, and lighting production, aligning with the church’s vision, and overseeing the production of both in-person and online experiences. The Production Director will work closely with the Senior Pastor, Worship Director, and Creative Director to establish the visual and audible presentation of worship services, ensuring that technical and creative elements support the spiritual experience. The role also involves designing and managing all technical elements for church events, developing volunteer training programs, and maintaining the church’s production equipment and systems.
